Ing. Kofi Awanyo M.GhIE is a Civil Engineer and Member of the Ghana Institution of Engineers. He is a Lead Procurement Specialist at the World Bank currently based in Washington DC. His current interests include implementation support for public procurement reforms and the design and implementation of contract information systems. Prior to joining the World Bank, he had been working as design/site engineer/deputy project manager for infrastructure projects in the water and transport sectors. He has a graduate degree in Highway Engineering from the University of Birmingham, UK.

Shae has played a leading role in the creation of a diversity resource groups to attract, develop and retain female employees in STEM. Michael is an interdisciplinary researcher at the boundary between robotics, neuroscience and computer vision and a multi-award winning educational entrepreneur. His research models the neural mechanisms in the brain underlying tasks like navigation and perception to develop new technologies in challenging application domains such as all-weather, anytime positioning for autonomous vehicles. He currently holds the position of Professor at the Queensland University of Technology, as well as Australian Research Council Future Fellow, Microsoft Research Faculty Fellow and Chief Investigator at the Australian Centre for Robotic Vision.

In recognition of her contributions to the Department of Justice, Michelle was elected by her peers as the recipient of the Department of Justice Staff Excellence Award for Demonstrating Excellence in Leadership in 2016.
Most recently, she was involved in the CASME Australasia Roundtable for procurement organisation and infrastructure as the NSW Government delegate. She was a keynote speaker at the Indonesia Government Procurement Conference speaking on Fraud Prevention Techniques and Technology and has been a panel member on several forums on Sustainability in Procurement.
